Opening Night
The Stag Cafe's annual opening night started with a frenzy of activity. Every year a new group of Entrepreneurship 12 students take over the reins of operating and managing the Stag Cafe. The go-to destination on Tuesday and Friday evenings is the Ritz where students can socialize and enjoy good food provided by the Stag Cafe. A large portion of the profits go to the local Foodbank and other worthy charities. The Entrepreneurship 12 classes wish to thank Shawnigan students and their parents for continued support, and undertake to provide excellent service for the year ahead.
